What are the fees?
Damage Deposit: A refundable $500 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. As long as there’s no property damage or breach of the rental agreement, this will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of your check-out.
The standard cleaning fee is rolled into the accommodation amount.
The booking deposit is subtracted from your total amount owing when the remainder of the booking is paid in full. For summer bookings the total amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the reserved dates.
